NEC Pre-SPIRITS ICW DRAFT A contribution to the future Informational RFC planned by the SPIRITS WG and follows the suggested outline An architecture that includes a SPIRITS server and a SPIRITS client, which in association with the PSTN and the IN offer the ICW service SCP - SPIRITS Server Interface is as defined in RFC 768, RFC 1122. The remote operation messages are based on ITU-T Q.1228 with some NEC proprietary extensions. SPRITS server - Client interface is via a secured reliable Hybrid Datagram Session Protocol (SRHDSP). NEC
