As of April 2011 • Committee Formed – Names provided to Chairman 7 March 2011 • Orders Published – 17 Mar 2011 • Email from Cadet Programs providing input for the project – 21 Mar 2011 • Email to Committee Members outlining task ahead (as I see it) seeking input – 22 Mar 2011 • Exchanges of emails refining tasks and exchanging information – 24 Mar to present
Tasks Ahead • Membership Categories • IT and Coordination with Membership Services with NHQ Employees • Review of Mandatory Training Items • Create recommendations for NB that can be implemented without a lot of reprogramming or difficulties • Committee consensus on all items
Challenges • Large committee difficult to coordinate • Need to share all information across the whole committee • Short time frame (chairman has his CI on 30 Apr to 2 May) but should be achievable • Need input from other stakeholders
Support Needed • Continued input from NHQ staff • Would like some review from CAP-USAF need POC for us to use
