RISC • Current work concentrating on: • Symposium Proceedings • Vapor Intrusion • Monitored Natural Attenuation for Petroleum • MTBE Concentrations for Pre-RISC Sites • Developing e-mail list for sending notices on new developments - 1 contact per company

Brownfields • Federal Grants - $200 million/year - 5 yrs available to local & state government and associated agencies or authorities • Assessment Grants • Revolving Loan Funds • Cleanup grants - must own site (non-profits also eligible) • Deadline end of year
Tier II Reporting • Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) • Electronic Reporting • Indiana Emergency Response Commission will pay the electronic filing fee charged by Access Indiana.
