Scanning Operation Scanning to e-File The e-Filing feature lets you store, print, and manage documents that you have obtained by copying, scanning, printing from a PC, receiving as a regular fax, and receiving as an Internet fax. The Public user box is a default setting for storing shared documents and can be accessed by all users without restriction. You can also create up to 200 password-protected user boxes and up to 100 folders per user box. You can then store up to 400 documents in each folder. Press the BOX SETTING tab on the touch panel. Click to Continue

Since a password has been set to the selected user box, the password entry screen appears. Enter the password using the keypad, and then press OK. 6.
