Trembling knees, inconsistent voice tone, erratic movement, shortness of breath, dry mouth, lack of eye contact are all common effects of speech anxiety.

Combating Speech Anxiety controlling and deemphasizing fear of public speaking The exact causes of speech anxiety are unknown, but there are 3 main causes believed to influence the disorder: it is believed to be a form of approach avoidance disorder The individual is torn between representing the organization, and, The individual posses a fear of failure that creates a nervous tension to succeed
