General Information • The arches national monument was proclaimed on April 12, 1929. and it becomes a national park at 1971. • The area of arches national park is 76,519 acres or 119 square miles. • There are 769,672 visitors in year 2002. • In the winter, sometimes the temperature drops below 0°F. In the summer, the temperature often exceed 100°F.
