Practice to create a team learning : • Reflect together to achieve synergy. • Have open-minded, question ours supposition and behaviour. • Apply systemic mind (overview and interrelations) • Have a share view to arouse commitment. • Have a own goal, a self knowledge.
The problems that are thought to be inherent to group learning : • Student antipathy towards group work • The selection of the groups • A lack of essential group-work skills • The free-rider • Possible inequalities of student abilities • The withdrawal of group members • The assessment of individuals within the groups
