  2. Malgré la conjoncture……des gisements indiscutables. • Plan de relance de l’économie • Programme National de rénovation urbaine : 350 M • ANAH: 480 M/An • ANRU: 770 M/An • Quartiers Anciens Dégradés: 250 M/An • Loi Scellier (jusqu’à 37% de réduction d’impôts sur l’investissement locatif neuf)

Le Parc ancien et le facteur 4 • Objectif européens: 20% • Réduction d’émissions de Gaz à effet de serre: 20 % • Augmentation de la performance énergétique: 20 % • Augmentation de l’énergie renouvelable: 20 % Le parc actuel consomme en moyenne 250 KW h EP/m²/an pour un objectif à terme de 50 (RT 2000 – RT 2005 – RT 2012)

La conjoncture • 1er Trimestre 2009 en Rhône Alpes • Commande: - 20 % • Activité: -30% En solde d’opinion • 4ème Trimestre 2008 • Crédits aux ménages: - 29 % • Crédits d’Achat de logements neufs: -30% • Crédit d’Achat de logements anciens: -32% • Crédit d’entretien d’amélioration: -8% • Mise en chantier (Fev 2009): -17 % sur un an

  6. L’Ain, après les records Sur la période 2002-2007 • +34 % de logements individuels (-16 % Haute Savoie) • +184 % de logements collectifs (+59.9 % Haute Savoie) • Créations d’entreprises sur cette période + 900 (solde Création/Radiation)
