A Definition of Critical Thinking critical thinking as the thinking through of a problematic situation about what to believe or how to act where the thinker makes a reasoned judgment that reflects competent use of the intellectual tools for quality thinking.
What is on the EQAO tests? • Each question on EQAO tests is based on the learning expectations set out in The Ontario Curriculum, which is what children are taught in classrooms across Ontario every day. • Grade 3 – reading/writing – English Math – French • Grade 6 – all assessments in English
