  1. ACCIÓN COMUNICATIVA

  2. LA ACCIÓN COMUNICATIVA *Sirve para conducir los comportamientos de los actores con eficacia y eficiencia: ya sea para hacer o para intercambiar información. *Mediante el ego-alter.

  3. *Es una acción que nos hace entender y comprender el mundo. *El profesor es un enseñante del entendimiento o un facilitador del mismo. * Requiere un alumno para habilitarse/capacitarse.

  4. DIÁLOGO EN LA COMUNICACIÓN Es la acción que nos permite simbolizar el modo en que los otros responden a nuestros roles. Es gracias al diálogo ego-alter que las personas se comprenden a sí mismas.

  5. EL ESTATUS Implica posición dentro del grupo. Ya sea que se imponga, se elija o se consienta, el estatus otorga jerarquía y distinción.

  6. ADSCRIPCIÓN Es una valoración sobre su desempeño.

  7. Es una obligación de la persona. • Se constituye por un estatus-jerarquía y por una valoración o estima. Ambas crean y recrean la identidad de una persona.

  8. ESCUCHA ACTIVA

  9. ESCUCHA ACTIVA *Consisten en un considerable acto de saber escuchar , animar a que el otro hable, demostrar que hemos entendido y finalmente sentir empatía para hacer que el otro se sienta comprendido.
