Essential Equipment • Fermenter, siphon, big pot • Kits • Bottles
Making the beer (1) • Clean everything first • Boil the can (wort) and sugar
Making the beer (2) • Mix in fermenter with enough cold water to make around 20-23 litres. • Check temperature and add yeast. • Seal and leave for 3 to 5 days to ferment.
Making the beer (3) • Place outside to cool to around 1° C • Siphon into new container and warm up to room temperature • Make sugar liquid for second fermentation (carbonation)
Making the beer (4) • Bottle and store for one week at room temperature. • Store in a cool place. The longer the better.
