Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Delete from Cisco.com Profile - Screen 1 of 2 2 3 To Delete a Bill to ID from a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Number screen: • Screen 1 of 2: • Enter a Bill to ID that you manage. 1 • Select Delete Bill to ID from Cisco.com profile. OR • Click the Submit button. OR 1 3 • Choose a Bill to ID. • Select Delete Bill to ID from Cisco.com profile. 2 • Click on the Submit button. Note: You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 71 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile.

  2. Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Delete from Cisco.com Profile - Screen 2 of 2 Deleting both removes support access and deletes the Bill to ID from a Cisco.com profile. This action may affect the individual’s ability to use other Cisco applications. If you only want to remove support access, select “Remove support access by Bill to ID” instead. Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Delete Bill to ID from Cisco.com profilehas been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all individuals from the list. 1 Or, search for an individual and select them. • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual. 2 Note: A message will be displayed if the Bill to ID you chose in not in the Cisco.com profile of any individuals.

Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Delete from Cisco.com ProfileScreen 1 of 2 To Delete a Bill to ID from Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Name screen: 2 3 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Select a search attribute from the drop down list. • Enter the information you want to search for. • Click on the Search button. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. 4 6 • Choose the individual. • Select Delete Bill to ID from Cisco.com profile. 5 • Click on the Submit button.

  4. Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Delete from Cisco.com ProfileScreen 2 of 2 Deleting both removes the support access and deletes the Bill to IDs from a Cisco.com profile.
