Resources Required • RMSAM™ requires organization-wide participation through teams • RMSAM™ follows a four-year cycle whereby in years two, three and four organizations submit status updates in relation to planned actions arising out of their self-appraisal
…Resources Required cont’d • The process may be resource intensive for some organizations, particularly during Year One • Therefore, Senior Management and Board commitment is strongly recommended • Consider developing completion schedules/timelines incorporating realistic due dates and allowances for unforeseen circumstances • Confirm the schedule/timeline with Senior Management and area leadership
…Resources Required cont’d • How long will it take the Coordinator, Reviewers and Teams to complete their assigned roles? • It will vary depending on factors such as the size of the organization, number of sites/teams participating, number of Modules, number of ‘no’ and ‘partial’ answers, etc.
