UNIQUE AF MP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS • Two-phase solicitation process • Stand alone – two-year contracts with mentor • Basic year with one option year • Cost plus with fixed fee • Accepted technical proposal becomes “Statement of Work” • 70% of proposed assistance to be “Technology Transfer” • Subcontracting to HBCU/MI, PTAC or SBDC; At least 5% of total funded contract amount • Periodic performance management reviews (PMRs)

AF MP PROGRAM OVERVIEW: FOCUS An increased consideration will be given to: SDVOSB protégés in support of the War fighter A strong technical component or innovative state of the art technology transfer supporting the War fighter Current Thrust Areas are identified in the AF Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)
