TRAFFIC CALMING PROCESS • Resident requests traffic calming • Speed / Volume Study conducted • Results “scored” using matrix, must score a 2.5 to qualify for traffic calming • Traffic Calming Plan is developed to specifically address the street • Adjacent property owners must approve the plan by 2/3 majority vote • Evaluation/Follow-up to measure impact
