WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? • Residents in Corporate Limits of Lafayette. • Residents in unincorporated areas of Lafayette Parish. • Residents in these areas who do not live on roads which are included on the Consolidated Thoroughfare Plan or on the supplemental list included in the TC Policies and Procedures.

TRAFFIC CALMING CRITERIA • >600 vpd and <3,500 vpd • >15% Non-Local Traffic • 4 or More Similar Crashes • 85th Percentile >7 mph Over Posted Speed Limit for 4 hours of a day and total hourly volume exceeding 34 vehicles per hour in the same 4 hours
