Personnel de stérilisation • Quel grade pour quelle fonction ? • Cadre de santé : IDE, IBODE, Préparateur pharmacie hospitalière (PPH), technicien de laboratoire • Référent technique : IDE, IBODE, PPH • Agent de stérilisation : AS, ASH, OP, PPH…. Enrichissement et complémentarité des différentes filières… Mais quelle reconnaissance ?

Un groupe de travail AFS consacré à la formation • Définition d’un contenu • Connaissances de base : hôpital, risque infectieux, environnement, sécurité, législation, chimie, physique • Connaissances « métier » : le processus de stérilisation • Modalités d’évaluation des connaissances • Quel statut pour demain ? • Fiche métier « agent de stérilisation » (ministère) • Plusieurs filières professionnelles : AS, OP • Aujourd’hui, pas de consensus sur un diplôme
