F Float Replacement • Background • Closed F float in January 2013 • Designed and bid replacement project. • Received bids December 5, 2013. • Bids received exceeded funds available. • Permit timeline limitations • Single float manufacturer willing to bid • Currently reviewing options for moving forward Percival Landing Update

  8. Options • Option A) • Rebid as designed. This would require the allocation of an additional $440,000. • Option B) • Obtain a second engineering opinion or evaluation. • Option C) • Change design to fit within remaining funds ($400,000). Project would include: • Removal of all of existing F Float • Construct only the pump out finger float as designed • Install new pump out • Repair F Float as originally designed (flotation and structural) • Add water and power to existing E Float Percival Landing Update
