  5. Research Objectives • Menunjukkan kaitan asal SMU dengan kemampuan mahasiswa • Menunjukkan kaitan asal daerah dengan kemampuan mahasiswa • Acuan bagi fakultas • Acuan bagi pihak luar pemberi beasiswa • Acuan bagi Pemerintah

  6. Asumsi • IP dari mahasiswa yang aktif dan IP Kumulatif • Daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya dikelompokka dalam 1 wilayah, selain itu dianggap sebagai mahasiswa luar daerah

  7. Ruang Lingkup • Hanya dilakukan di lingkungan Fasilkom UI

  8. Permasalahan • Apakah ada korelasi asal SMU dengan IP • Apakah mahasiswa daerah dapat bersaing • Tingkat kemampuan mahasiswa daerah • Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemampuan mahasiswa daerah

  9. Hipotesa • “Adanya Korelasi positif antara asal SMU dengan Indeks Prestasi mahasiswa Fasilkom UI

  10. Tool yang digunakan • SPSS versi 10.0
