What is e-CTLT ? • E-CTLT is an on-line web Portal which facilitates Teachers to plan and share their Lesson Plans, Teaching Tools and Project ideas. • Using e-CTLT, teachers can evaluate learners and plan Remedial action accordingly. • On-line Messaging/ chatting with other teachers and students. • Availability of Value aided services like Reminder and Address book. • Exclusively used by KV teachers. • www.kvsangathanectlt.com
How to register with e-CTLT ? • Visit www.kvsangathanectlt.com • Click on “New Teacher Registration” link. • Fill & Submit Registration Form. (See Form) • Request Principal (School Admin) for approval of Login Account.
How to Login ? • Once your Account has been approved by the Principal, you can login using your User Name and Password.

Content of lesson/Topics • Teacher Orientation In this segment of the e-CTLT, you can provide/record all such content on various concepts that may be required for reference in future. This segment is a resource for teacher’s reference and teacher may keep on adding to the reservoir of this resource as and when required. Images can also be uploaded for future reference • Student Orientation The student oriented segment deals with the content of teacher’s diary related to lesson planning. In general, this section deals with what to be taught by teacher and what outcomes are expected from student. • Concept Detail In this section the teacher can record all details of the concepts/ competencies . This section deals with details of contents to be delivered in the class along with teaching strategy.
Content of lesson/Topics • Activity In this segment of the e-CTLT, the teacher can record the activities planned for each concept in the subject and class being dealt by him/her. • Instant Diagnosis Question The evaluation tools are basically for diagnostic purpose and are those fundamental questions that are framed to test the basic conceptual understanding of the child during Teaching Learning process in the class room. • Formative Assignment In this section you can record home work under various concepts. The home work is basically meant to recapitulate the classroom teaching and it is intended to ensure the continuity of classroom teaching. The home work is given from the related questions from the exercise on the topic. The evaluation of the homework becomes a diagnostic tool to identify the areas of student’s weakness.
Content of lesson/Topics • Level-wise Assignment In this section you can record all Remedial/diagnostic steps including home work under various concepts. Questions may be framed as per level of children. The Level 1- may contain Fundamental questions, Level-2 may contain Average (Intermediate) level question and Level 3- may consist High Order Thinking (HOT) questions related to the topic. • Projects In order to assess the application of the concept/ competency addressed in the classroom teaching, the teacher decides the project for the child. The project should be based on clear conceptual understanding and interest of the child. 1.Creating Topics -Teacher Orientation Master Topic will appear automatically as per Class & subject Define your own topic. A master topic may contain several topics.
2.Creating Concepts -Student Orientation Topics will appear automatically as per entries maid in step 1 A topic may have several Concepts.. Press Add more if required.
3.Concept Details Concept will appear automatically as per Topic & Concept choosed. Type details of concept. Use various formatting tools if required.
4.Activities Details. Concept will appear automatically as per Topic & Concept choosed. Type Activities/Demonstration/ Practical details.
5. Instant Diagnosis. Concept will appear automatically as per selected Topic Type Diagnosis Questions.
6. Formative Assignment Concept will appear automatically as per selected Topic Type Home work/ Assignment here.
