Since then, the focus has been bringing meaningful and quality programming from Latin America to address the lack of relevant programming targeted to the Hispanic community in the U.S. • ALTERNA'TV has shown tremendous success by securing affiliate distribution agreements with 5 out of the 7 Top US Pay TV distributors: DIRECTV, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Charter and Cablevision among others.

WHAT’S ALTERNA’TV SELECT • As a result of the channels programming success in the Cable and Satellite industries, ALTERNA’TV has created a new service: • ALTERNA’TV SELECT, is a source of relevant content, focus in the Hispanic Market with a great diversity of genres, professionally produced in constant renovation. • ALTERNA’TV SELECT, is a fully dedicated operation with the objective to provide “the best a la carte” Spanish language programming for local broadcasters in the United States. • ALTERNA’TV SELECT offers among others, genres such as: news from different regions of Mexico and Latin America, series, documentaries, music videos, journalism, comedy, general entertainment, immigration related shows, sports, tourism, etc. • ALTERNA'TV SELECT is the real alternative to authentic, local and relevant programming in Spanish. It is your opportunity to communicate with all the Spanish-speaking communities living in the United States in exactly the way they demand; by acknowledging the differences and similarities that define their very particular identities and origins.

WHY ALTERNA’TV SELECT • ALTERNA'TV Select’s programming allows Broadcasters to better compete in the market with high quality productions and relevant content at an accessible rate • The diversity of content in ALTERNA’TVs Select’s programming offer allows broadcasters to build a solid lineup focusing on its audience’s place of origin, language, age and economic level • Broadcasters may complement its offer with original programming that targets the different Hispanic communities • Through Alterna’TV’s state-of-the-art technology, broadcasters will now have the control and flexibility to fine-tune their programming line-up. • Access to well-established programming that has proved to be of great value to all Hispanic television packages where they have been launched • ALTERNA'TV Selects’s distribution proposal for broadcasters reduces dubbing and tape delivery costs significantly • For national deals, ALTERNA’TV Select’s allows each local Broadcaster station to design their own lineup, according to its local service area

9. 5. PRICE STRUCTURE • Price on per hour basis, it is a subscription service based on purchasing blocks of time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS • 1 Year contract with specified number of hours of programming per month • 4 passes within the year of contract • Monthly fee based on number of hours acquired per month per station • Available through ALTERNA’TV’s satellite (Satmex 5) • Broadcaster is responsible for the antenna and receiving gear for downlink and play out • Information for avail management will be provided • Programming offer and schedule is subject to ALTERNA’TV channel’s lineup and grid • Subject to Licensor’s prior approval, Licensee shall have the right to make minor cuts and edits, in order to make programs conform to applicable laws, comply with Licensee’s broadcast and / or commercial format License Period Payment Terms Delivery Content Adaptation
