Target Skills With PlanningPME, schedule your resources and employees easily! PlanningPME makes resource scheduling easier and more effective for your business and organizations thanks to its user-friendly interface. PlanningPME is used to schedule: employees (technicians, teachers, health care workers, etc…), rooms, equipment, vehicles, and any other resources. PlanningPME is adapted to many societies of different size and activity. Some references: Alcatel, Somfy, Mercedes, Segafredo, Teris, Mecaplastic, Tetrapak…

Target Skills Create a resource 1 1 1 –You can create as many resources as needed from the menu “Data” -> “Resource” or clicking right on the resource column on the schedule then “Add”. 2 You can add several information for each resource: • type: human, material or “to plan” • colour and front • name displayed on the schedule • department or team • working days and hours • skills … 2 –Resource Card 3 3 –Resources created: each line represents the schedule of one resource.
Target Skills Create a department 1 1 –You can group some employees into a department from the menu “Data” -> “Department”. 2 2 –To create a new department or team, you will just have to tick on the resources assigned to this department. On this example, the department “Technicians” was created with the employees: Paul and Rebecca. 3 3 –Then, to display the schedule of only one department, you will just have to choose it from the resource filter bar. See below.
1 Target Skills Create a task 2 -You can add as many tasks as needed and choose different parameters as: colour, skills, timetables… 1 - You can create all your tasks from the menu “Data” -> “Task”. 2 3 -Then, to book a new task on the schedule to your resources, you just have to double click or draw a rectangle on a blank space and the task window will appear. Select the task from the list you pre-registered. 3 4 – On this example, the task “Intervention” was booked for “Laura”. It appears as a green rectangle. 4
Target Skills Client management 1 1 – You can add all your clients from the menu “Data” -> “Client”. Tips: You can import your Client Database in txt Format or synchronize your Client database from the software you use to PlanningPME: You will not loose time anymore and avoid a double typing . 2 2 – You have access to the following information on each client: . His details . His history (list of the tasks done for the client) . You can customize its color. 3 3 – To assign a client to a task, just choose it from the scrolling list. If you search for a client using keywords, just click on the loup. You can also find a new client clicking on the orange icon.
1 Target Skills Filters 2 2 – You can visualize on the screen specific tasks or activities easily thanks to a filter selection: 1 - Resources having specific skills2 – Specific tasks 3 – Specific unavailabilities4 – Tasks of specific clients 5 – Tasks of some projects 3 – On this example, only tasks assigned to the client “Society D” are displayed! 3
Target Skills Choice of the Y-axis You can change the resources axis! You can display the schedule per task, per client or per project clicking on the blue link. You will have all the information you need in just some clicks!
Target Skills Assign a task to several resources 1 1 - On the general tab, click on « several ». 2 2 -Then, choose all the resources assigned to this task from this window. You can filter the resources displayed by department and assign many resources in just some clicks. 3 3 -Result on the schedule: the task “Intervention” was assigned to Paul and Laura

Target Skills Holidays management 1 1 1 - Set up PlanningPME helps you to control your employees’ days off (holidays, illness, parent leave…). You can know at any time all the days off taken by your employees (on the resource card) and print a report. 3 2 2 –Resource card: Report on availability for each resource 3 –Reports on all your resources days off
1 Target Skills Availability tracking 1 –This function allows you to find easily the skilled resources available for a specific task without having to check on your crowded screen. 2 2 – On this example, we want to book a 2 days intervention from the 7th of April. 3 3 –The results show the dates of availability for the different employees. Then, when you double click on one of the result, the task is created automatically: intervention booked for John 4 4 –In this example, John was available only from the 18th of April to realize this task “Intervention”.
1 Target Skills Create specific fields 1 -You can create additional fields on your clients, resources and/or tasks with any information specific to your activity. So, you can customize the schedule and have reports done on those new customized fields. 2 – On this transport example above, the Tab “Info” was added on the “Task” window with the following information: Initials of the person responsible, Travel destination, Duration of the travel, Departure site, Landing site 2 2 3 – On this above example, the Tab “Machine” was added on the “Client” window with the following information: Machine type, Contract, Contract duration, Date of purchase, Number 3 3
1 Target Skills Printing options You have access to several types of printing 2 2 –Graphic schedule: As you see it on your screen 3 – Operational schedule per resource: You can choose the fields you want to print. In this example, the fields printed are: task, Phone, Client, Code, Comments, Resources. 3 4 – Daily schedule: 4
1 Target Skills Synchronization to HTML pages 1 -Every day, the schedule will be automatically sent to your local network in order your employees to visualize the schedule (daily, weekly, Monthly…) on HTML pages for free. 2 2 -Set up 3 3 –Pictures and HTML pages generated on the directory chosen 4 4 –Visualization of the schedule on the Internet via HTML pages!
1 Target Skills Reports on Excel 1 -With Pivot table, you can make reports on all your data from PlanningPME to Excel: number of hours worked by resource, client, project… 2 - Set up 3 3 – Results: On this example, we have access to the number of hours worked by resource for the client “Company C”. 2 4 – You can generate a graphic for your statistics. 4
