THE PTS GRANADA: SOME NUMBERS 625.000 m2 of developed surface; 375.00 m2 of constructed surface Total investment: € 450 already invested; € 700 M total planned costs. Over 2.000 full-time researchers and 3.000 health-care professionals are expected to work in the PTS (1,250 researchers as of today) 50 companies already established in the PTS (including some multinational pharmaceutical companies) Fully operative in the 2014-15 horizon. The University Hospital is the most ambitious civil construction ever undertaken by the Regional Government of Andalusia.
