State Bank pourmore capital into interbank system The State Bank of Viet Nam announced it would inject additional capital with longer terms into the interbank open market system. The pronouncement immediately helped lower interbank rates from 21-22% to 15-19% per year. 2. Interest rates fluctuate in week Following the State Bank of Viet Nam’s decision to increase the basic interest rate by 1% per annum (7%8%) on November 11. Commercial banks started paying depositors a higher rate of 12%~13% from the previous 11%.

ABBank deal with Prevoir ABBank on 2010.11.12 in HCMC signed a business cooperation contract with Prevoir Vietnam to include Prevoir Vietnam's insurance products to ABBank's mortgage lending products.
