Corey’s parents builded a log cabin and Corey got to got go to school for the first time. Corey was under a tree ,a man came and said that you should go home. He said that he would take them home and he was actually was a slave trader. Corey jumped off the wagon and ran home . He told his parent’s what happened and he remembered he left his baby sister. Every looked for her and found her on the road.

3. 2 Teaspoons of CHARACTER • Corey Birdsong brave ,courageous ,and fantastic . Fantastic because he went through sickness and lived. Brave because he went through snow, ice, and cold to get his friend that’s freezing. George kind, nice ,and friendly . He’s kind because he plays with corey , talks to him, and helps him. He’s nice because he walks with to school. Mingo helpful, caring, scared. Mingo is scared because slave traders were after him. Mingo is helpful because he helped Corey in hard times.

Corey’s dad made a big table for the whole family to eat on. Another exciting part is when corey was really sick and he was alone in the house . Later after his parents left a very important box that was for him so he went to get it was cold but he still got it and when he got there he found out it was his friend in the box.
