Particolato PM10, PM2.5 “ Tali incrementi giustificano ipotesi di impatto sulla salute pubblica di significativa rilevanza soprattutto per le fasce di popolazione ipersuscettibili a patologie cardiocircolatorie e respiratorie che indicano incrementi patologici dell’ordine del 10% ”. Il “Rapporto COWI” basato sui dati di LTF (vecchio progetto ma stessi tunnel) prevede “venute d’acqua” dai due tunnel principali e dalle discenderie per un flusso cumulativo di acque sotterranee compreso tra 1950 e 3970 L/s. Cioè fra 60 e 125 milioni di m3/anno. Cioè l’acqua necessaria a una città di circa 1 milione di abitanti. Rapporto ECORYS Nederland BV (NL).
