Power Supplies LambdaGenesys 3.3kW • Check of TCP communication It has been opened a communication channel by means correct IP address of master module. It has been verified the informations exchange between source and destination (this operation it has been possible thanks to a sniffer network analyzer) December 2009 Target Group
Power Supplies LambdaGenesys 3.3kW • Check of basic features of lambda power supplies It has been verified the SCPI command (Standard Commands for Programmable Instrument) over TCP channel. It has been veriified the remote output enable and the voltage/current output limit settings. It has been also verified the readings of measure from modules) December 2009 Target Group
Power Supplies LambdaGenesys 3.3kW • Realization of test bench It has been maked a test bench of master/slave system. It consist of 3 power supplies modules in slave configuration and the same master LXI module. It has been realized the output power wiring for test and the wiring for master/slave signal control • Carburization and Ramp-Down process It has been loaded ramp-up and rump-down files, in order to check the correct working of power supplies system. • Test and verify of RS-485 Eurotherm communication It has been modify Eurotherm serial drivers communication in order to connect and to use the new modules of temperature controller (RS-485). It has been verified the correct communication between Eurotherm regulator and PLC system thanks to LabView Debug Instrument and with oscilloscope monitoring signal December 2009 Target Group
Power Supplies LambdaGenesys 3.3kW • Work in progress….. After making sure of the basic functions, now it is doing suitable drivers for power supplies lambda modules. It is necessary make the driver to open/close the channel communication, the driver to set the desired voltage/current output, the driver to read the measure, etc.. so that it is possible to do a plug-in with old existing drivers. I’m working to manage these matters and to do an handling of possible errors….. • Future developments - Integration of the Eurotherm drivers in the software - Adding of auxiliary eurotherm regulator (with GUI panel control update) December 2009 Target Group
