Negligently: guilty of a lack of due care or concern • Concussion: An injury to the brain, produced by a violent blow and followed by a temporary or prolonged loss of function. • Traumatic: injury to a living tissue or emotional upset • Encephalopathy: a disease of the brain; causes altering of brain structure • inhibition: Something that restrains, blocks, or suppresses.
