The Reason • In 2004 the National Defense Authorization Act authorized full commissary benefits for members of the Ready Reserve • Unfortunately four years later service members and their families continues to struggle to receive the benefits due to lack of facilities • We all need to support the “Onsite Sales Program” so we can bring the benefits to them regardless of how FAR IT COULD BE
