  3. Similarities/Differences • Research how real dragsters and the dragsters you are designing are related….example: Are aerodynamics a consideration for both? • List 5 facts showing the similarities • List 5 facts showing differences

  4. Word Research • Find the Definitions of the following words (use more than one slide if necessary. Tell how each word helps make the dragster faster. • Fluid • Mass • Aerodynamics • Drag • Lift • Rear Suction • Down Force • Frontal Area

  5. Safety Regulations • Knowing your limitations- being aware of safety regulations, materials allowed, specifications, tolerances and functionality. Find out what types of safety regulations are required / Needed for real dragsters.

  6. Tribology • Research- Tribology (give definition) • How does it affect your dragsters speed? • Does the paint job affect your car: Why or why not?

  7. Careers • List 5 careers that are related to the Dragster Design and how they relate to dragsters. Show a Picture for each…add slides as needed.
