WP1: Project Management Activities done in the period: • Contractual management: no activities in this period. • Documentation management: IRKP2 delivery done. • Tracking of the project status to ensure timely release of deliverables: progress reports requested and provided to GSA. • Review and verification of deliverables • Organization of progress meetings and reviews (notification, agenda, chairing and reporting) • Identification of the need for interfaces with external entities: EGNOS Advisory Board. • Management of contribution and access to project information in the GSA tool GKMF (GNSS Knowledge Management Facility.): EEGS management in GKMF EEGS IRKP2 Meeting

WP3: Regional Feasibility and Integration Studies Activities done in the period: • WP 3.1: GNSS context, RIMS and Service Provision • WP 3.1.2/3/4: ROSA/MAO/RSS completes information: done for IRKP2 • WP 3.1.5: AENA review ROSA, MAO and RSS docs: done for IRKP2 • WP 3.1.6/7/8: ROSA/MAO/RSS implements comments: to be done for MTR • WP 3.2/3.3: EGNOS/SDCM Interoperability/PPP (see next slides) • WP 3.2.4: RSS performs studies for SDCM: done for IRKP2 • WP 3.2.5: GMV performs the studies for EGNOS: done for IRKP2 • WP 3.2.6: RSS and GMV will consolidate the information: done for IRKP2 draftly and final version for MTR • WP 3.4: Galileo Impact: done for IRKP2 in a first version. WP3.2: EGNOS/SDCM INTEROPERABILITY SERVICES • The study concludes that once EGNOS and SDCM will be certified, interoperability is possible (as far as the systems comply with MOPS and SARPs): • If MOPS is not updated for GLONASS, interoperability by using just the GPS corrections and integrity from SDCM. • When MOPS will be updated for GLONASS, interoperability with SDCM providing corrections and integrity for GPS + GLONASS • Interoperability can be provided in two ways: • Selection of satellites from different SBAS signals (not in Approach) • Switching between SBAS data streams coming from different SBAS signals (all modes) EEGS IRKP2 Meeting

WP3.3: EGNOS/SDCM PPP SERVICES • Activities done in the period: • First version of D12 for IRKP2 finalised • Overview and brief technical description of PPP technique • Assessment of PPP performances using a global network • Sensitivity to various performance drivers (observation time, reference products) • Usage of GLONASS • Feasibility of PPP service using a regional network for product generation • EGNOS: GPS only (no GLONASS L1/L2 available) • Preliminary assessment of performances: promising results EEGS IRKP2 Meeting

  16. WP4: Demonstration Activities Activities done in the period: • WP 4.1: Definition and Procurement • WP 4.1.2: GMV adapts magicSBAS to EDAS + Integration & RTCM convertor: done. Final tests with MAO pending. • WP 4.1.4/5/6/7: SRC/ROSA/MAO/GSY prepare the demo and fills the doc: first version of doc done for IRKP2, final version for MTR. • WP 4.1.8: GMV contributes with magicSBAS characteristics: on a per-request basis • WP 4.1.9: GMV prepares demo for Interoperability and PPP and fills doc: first version of doc done for IRKP2, final version for MTR. • WP 4.1.10: RSS prepares demo for Interoperability and PPP and fills doc: first version of doc done for IRKP2, final version for MTR. • WP 4.2: EGNOS Extension Demonstrations: to be started after MTR • WP 4.3: EGNOS/SDCM Demonstrations: to be started after MTR • WP 4.4: Results analyses: to be started after MTR EEGS IRKP2 Meeting

  17. WP4.1: EGNOS/SDCM Interoperability demonstrations • At GMV level, the GEO switching functionality will be used to make an interoperability exercise between EGNOS (GPS) and SDCM (GPS and GPS+GLONASS modes) EEGS IRKP2 Meeting

WP4.1: EGNOS/SDCM PPP demonstrations • Activities done in the period: • First version of D20 for IRKP2 finalised • Regional PPP service based on EGNOS RIMS (GPS only) • Data preparation • Performance assessment criteria • Test cases (static user) • IGS station • Field receiver in 3 observation environments • Regional PPP service using GLONASS (GPS+GLONASS) • IGS data or SDCM if available • Similar test cases as for EGNOS/GPS EEGS IRKP2 Meeting

WP5: Dissemination Activities Activities done in the period: • WP 5.1: Dissemination Plan • WP 5.1.1: MAO provides template and guidelines: done • WP 5.1.2/3/4/5/6: SRC/ROSA/RSS/GMV/AENA contribute to dissemination plan: no contribution up to IRKP2 (as far as we know). All partners to provide contributions. Action to be taken in the MoM. • WP 5.1.7: MAO contributes and delivers officially the plan at MTR • WP 5.2: Results dissemination: to be started after MTR EEGS IRKP2 Meeting
