Work-ups • Triple endoscopy • Nasopharyngeal • Bronchoscopy • Esophagoscopy • over all rate of second tumor is approximately 14% • Oral cavity/ pharynx: cervical esophagus • Larynx: lungs Schwartz’s Principles of Surgery 9thed
Work-ups • Fine needle aspiration biopsy • diagnostic procedure used to investigate lumps or masses
FINDINGS • Biopsy: Well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma • FNAB: Chronic lymphadenitis
