  8. BRAZIL: Economy • Work force (the jobs people do): agriculture-20%, industry-14%, services-66% • Literacy Rate: 88% • In Brazil, there is an unequal distribution of income. Which means the rich are really rich and the poor are very poor.

BRAZIL: Economy • Export partners: China 17.3%, US 10.1%, Argentina 8.9%, Netherlands 5.3%, • What is an export? • Import Partners: US 15.1%, China 14.5%, Argentina 7.5%, Germany 6.7%, South Korea 4.5% • What is an import? • What about Brazil’s geography would allow them to ship to so many different parts of the World?
