A context… • Explicit communications strategy at beginning: NFQ belongs to all stakeholders • Multiple websites – www.nfq.ie www.nqai.ie www.qualrec.ie • NFQ website as ‘independent’ - belonging to all, not one agency • Description of the Framework • Also, related policies and determinations • This has changed as awareness of stakeholders has increased • NFQ website now intended for “less informed” audience • Policies etc published on NQAI website

  3. Conclusion • Communication with wider stakeholders essential • Identify different key audiences • Communication must meet their needs • Communication requirements change over time
