On top of this adaptive system in the body memorize the structure of cells so, if encountered in the future, the body can fight them off. Thankfully, our daily diet and lifestyle make effects on the strength of our immune system. It means the deficiencies of the nutrient can also weaken our immune system and make our body venerable to diseases and infections.
