  1. When patient transfers to O.R., Cath Lab, Dialysis or NON Adminrx unit; Reports to print 1. In either CareOrganizer or HED, click “reports” button at top of page. 3. For nursing units not implemented on AdminRx: select the three medication/IV reports to print 4. For O.R. Cath Lab and Dialysis: Select the Assessment/Interventions and Vital Signs/I&O…report to print PLUS the medication reports in step 3. 2. Select item named “Transfer Reports”

  2. Each report presents with the same next two steps. 1. Click Send 2. Click Return Reports will print on WIZ order printer at Medical Receptionists desk.
