4. What is a Systems Portfolio? The Systems Portfolio is assembled during the first three years of participation in AQIP, then every 4 years.
It is a hypertext document limited to 100 double-spaced pages in length that is submitted to AQIP for appraisal.
It will eventually become a public document on our Web page.
