Edit your profile to include all your experience and education. BeWanted Profile = Resume When you've completed your BeWanted profile, it will look just like an online version of your resume. At this stage, if your professional identity is accurately completed, you can get endorsements for your personal brand, increasing the number of the Followers, receiving Recommendations from your colleagues, friends or past employers, giving a real boost to your REWARD and to the CAREER. It works if more users view and appreciate your professional profile and give you an endorsement by clicking on the FOLLOW ME button on the Wanted Poster APP in the personal profile, or sending you a Recommendation, as described in the next page. In this way the Recruiters, Head Hunters and Companies will look at your profile with more interest and they might consider your skills and experience for their current or future job vacancies.
