Organizational Productivity, Continued Growth, Financial Stability • Established monthly Board meeting schedule, meetings began June 2011 • Contracts revised & executed for 5 contract staff before July 1st • Weekly calls held with Executive Director • Exec. Director researched & pursued new funding sources • Frequent calls held with Admin. Assistant • Confirmed regional rep. commitment and responsibilities • Established a national meeting call coverage schedule with back up • Confirmed Committee & Workgroup Chairs, Scope of committee form created and distributed to Chairs • Committee & Workgroup Chairs began providing monthly Board updates beginning Sept 2011

Organizational Productivity, Continued Growth, Financial Stability • Business Retreat held at APHL Sept. 2011 • First series of (7) regional membership calls held Nov. 2011 • Mid year meeting held Nov. 15, 2011 via conf call • Strategic Plan drafted with implementation timeline • Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws & Member Resolution drafted with legal consultation • Second series of regional membership calls held April 2012 • Fiscal calls held with Treasurer and Accounting firm • New organizational logo researched and created

Director updates • Two American Nurse articles highlighting the valuable role of PH Nursing

National Public Health Nursing Education • Disseminated information re: online and webinar education via list serve • Held two successful NFP webinars in Jan. & Feb. 2012 • Hosted APHN-BC PHN exam webinar April 11, 2012 • Two APHN-BC exam prep. sessions to be held ASTDN 5/9/12 and ACHNE 6/9/12
