  2. PRESENTATION DE L’ETUDE • Pied plat non fixé • Buts: • Evaluation des résultats immédiats • Devenir des pieds

  3. MATERIEL: patients • 30 patients (exclusion des cas bilatéraux) • Sexe: 28 H et 2 F • Age: 21 ans (11 à 49 ans) • ATCD: 9 retards marche, 7 atcd familiaux • Aucun ATCD trauma ni rhumatismal • Podoscopies: • 23 stades 3 • 7 stades 2

MATERIEL: patients • Etat musculotendineux: • Normal: 4 • Rétraction Achille: 11 • Hypotonie fibulaire: 13 • Insuffisance TP: 2 • Mobilités articulaires: • TC: 21 normales et 9 diminuées • ST: 23 normales et 7 raides • Radiométrie: • Djian Annonier: 134° (125 à 140°) • Meary: 156° (150 à 161°)

  5. MATERIEL: indication • Douleurs limitant le PM • Echec du traitement conservateur: • Rééducation • Chaussures orthopédiques

  7. METHODES: technique chirurgicale (images empruntées à Giannini) +/- allongement du tendon d’Achille

  8. RESULTATS: suites opératoires • Simples • Immobilisation: 4 semaines (3 à 6 sem) • Podoscopies post opératoires: • Stade 0: 7 • Stade 1: 19 • Stade 2: 4 • Stade 3: 0

  13. RESULTATS: score fonctionnel à la révision • 20 patients à 100 points (2/3 des cas) • 4 patients à 85 points • 2 patients à 80n points • 2 à 78 points • 2 à 10 points

  14. DISCUSSION-CONCLUSION • Cas rares: PPF de l’enfance non résolutifs (Denis) • Geste simple techniquement • Faible morbidité • Résultats excellents si bonne indication ( PP complètement réductible)
