Objectifs Favoriser la diffusion et l'appropriation d'outils d'échanges numériques dans les entreprises de la filière électronique en simplifiant ses relations clients-fournisseurs. • Standardiser les échanges entre les secteurs représentés par les groupements affiliés à la Fédération des Industries Électroniques et Numériques et créer des ponts avec les secteurs clients (Automobile, Médical, TICS, Ferroviaire, Aéronautique, …) pour améliorer la compétitivité du secteur.

Les indicateurs métier • Principales améliorations de performances recherchées: • Réduction des niveaux de stock • Réduction des cycles d’approvisionnement • Diminution des ruptures de stock • Amélioration du service client et réduction des pénalités clients • Diminution des charges de saisies et des risques d’erreurs afférentes • Valorisation des emplois vers des tâches à valeur ajoutée (Exemple d’indicateurs : nombre d’heures de formation) • La filière suivra le déploiement des standards vis-à-vis des PME par la mise en place d’un indicateur : • Proportion de fournisseurs/PME connectés de façon numérique.
