  1. Computer & Desk StretchesApproximately 4 Minutes Sitting at a computer for long periods often causes neck and shoulder stiffness and occasionally lower back pain. Use this timed presentation to take you through a set of stretches that will: relieve stiffness relieve back pain increase relaxation improve productivity Increase energy level

  2. Computer & Desk StretchesApproximately 4 Minutes Set your Power Point program to “play slide show” and follow the on-screen instructions. The show is timed to help you hold the stretches for the recommended number of seconds. After you are familiar with the presentation, start the slide show on slide #7. Also, be sure to get up and walk around the office whenever you think of it. You’ll feel better!
