Needs Analysis • The work of Cmi is international. • The four languages of the Institute are used. • Communications need to be in the languages the Home Provinces [Volunteers] and Host Provinces [Welcoming Communities] • Communications need to have a timely response. Waiting for translations clog the process. Google translations can be misleading. Courtesy requires replies in the appropriate language. • Evaluation of the work of Cmi at the General Conference made reference to the need to communicate in other languages. • To address this need it is proposed that a person be appointed as an Assistant to the Director who would be located in his own province but communicating regularly with the Director in Rome. • As at the date of this presentation there is a ‘Case Load’ of 33 volunteers requiring management. • Possibility that Cmi will be involved in animating and administering the new vision for international communities. • Cmi will be involved in animating and administering the new vision for international communities.
