Over 125 million people live in Japan! Japan’s total size is about the size of Montana.
Students take turns serving the lunch. All the students eat together with the teacher in the classroom.
Japanese often eat with chop sticks. Chop sticks are called hashi. (hah-she)

Even at an early age, children are taught the Japanese custom of bowing. The lower the bow, the more respect a person is showing.
