  2. don't panic! Placements are still coming in so, keep on: • checking Blackboard regularly • sending applications • updating CV (add Sem 2 results)

  3. Pursue own placement: • personal contact • local industry • voluntary work near home • keep us informed; we need to 'OK' all placements

  4. Memo & Information form on Blackboard site (important info section) giving procedures • Complete the information form and submit to J.Adhikari@shu.ac.uk (deadline 1st June 2012) - so we know you are still looking for a placement! • Until 1st June 2012 placement ads still on B/B • After 6th June 2012 placement details will be emailed (or sent) to you; this will continue until late July

  5. If you are still unplaced by late July you will be transferred to the FT route, unless you have outstanding applications, interviews etc. • Follow placement 'Procedures and Responsibilities' as set out in the Placement booklet (given out in Y1) • remember to complete H&S test, sign letter of authorisation
