  3. Committee Work • End of year meeting of committee chairs (after retreat) • Month by month board agendas for the upcoming year • Monthly Executive Committee meetings to finalize board meeting agendas

  4. Staff Work • Head meets with Administrative Group • Develop Administrative Group work plan that coordinates and complements Board plan. • Weekly Administrative Group meetings

  5. Issues • Tension between short and long term • Keeping plan current and relevant • High priorities • Aligning committee work • Use of task forces • Keeping things whole
