Scattered Site and Private Landlord Units Across Region CAT, CCA and CARE case managers work short-term (6-12 months) with clients in highly subsidized rental units to help stabilize their lives.

CAT Self-Help Homeownership Housing Program The Self-Help housing program helps low and very low income families become homeowners
Weatherization & Rehab Program CAT helps low income homeowners and tenants to improve their living conditions and save energy costs through our Wx and Rehab programs
