Welcome to FDLRS B-RtI Book Study! OUR EXPECTATIONS • During our Adobe Connect virtual group meetings, we expect active learning, interaction, participation and collaboration using the following features: • Microphone • Chat • Emoticons • Whiteboard • Polling
Welcome to FDLRS B-RtI Book Study! Please do a sound check before our session starts. Please go to the Meeting tab at the top of your screen. Choose Audio Setup Wizard from the dropdown menu. Follow the instructions. You may see a Adobe Flash Player settings box asking you for permission to access your camera and microphone. Choose Allow.
Use the Talk Feature • Microphone • Use the microphone dropdown menu in the top navigation bar to: • adjust microphone volume • mute microphone when not talking Speakers Use the speaker dropdown menu in the top navigation bar to adjust speaker volume.
Use the Chat Pod Your message will go to everyone when you click send or your can use the drop down list to send your message only to your hosts or another attendee. You can change your chat color and size. Type here Click Send
Use the Emoticons To access emoticons, use the dropdown menu in the top navigation bar. Emoticons located above the line will remain until you click “Clear My Status” at the bottom. Please clear status after use. Emoticons located below the line will disappear after a brief display time.
