  22. 1. EATING HABITS - EAT BALANCED MEALS - HAVE RESONABLE SNACKS (amount of and healthy snacks) - UNDERSTAND: THERE ARE NO BAD FOODS, JUST BAD DECISIONS - DO NOT DIET!! Teenagers are too young to put their bodies through fad diets.

  23. AND DON’T FORGET WATER! OOPS! ONLY IF YOU ARE A DOG! OUR BODIES ARE 70% WATER! YOU NEEDS 8-10 GLASSES A DAY TO KEEP YOUR BRAIN OPERATING AT MAXIMUM!

  25. SLEEP *TEENS NEED MORE SLEEP (AVG=9.25 HOURS) * FOR MOST TEENS, THAT’S DIFFICULT TO DO. TRY FINDING A ROUTINE THAT WORKS FOR YOU. *ARE YOU SLEEPY NOW?
