General terminology YOU MUST use in a Section A answer. • Stereotype– YOU MUST establish how stereotypesare presented and/or challenged in the exam through ALL of the 4 Technical areas. • YOU DO NOT need to give a definition of this key term! • Verisimilitude/Realism– YOU MUST establish the notion of how reality is presented (or represented) in the sequence you are shown and in your analysis part of the paragraph explain HOW this ties into the area of representation. • YOU DO NOT need to give a definition of this key term!

Unit G322: Key Concepts (TV Drama) Main Task – 20 Minutes Disability Example YOU MUST analyse EACH the technical areas below to establish HOW Disability is represented in the sequence from….. YOU SHOULD divide your exercise books into 4 columns and make notes on EACH of the technical areas – YOU SHOULD aim to identify 3-4 examples fro EACH Technical area. You will be shown the sequence FOUR TIMES and you will need to make notes/plan your answer in between each screening. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE NOTES DURING THE FIRST SCREENING.
